All About Wireless False advertisment and misrepresentation

My wife purchased a Cricket phone from All About Wireless on Monday 11/30. She asked the sales rep if the coverage area covered our town in which he stated that it should! He stated that it was about five miles north of the end of coverage area so she should be ok.
When my wife used the phone in the area where it was purchased, it worked fine. But when she was about five miles north of the house, she lost the signal.
I called customer care and they re-set the service to no avail. After speaking with multiple customer service rep (that all sounded like the same guy by the way) the conclusion was made that it was an issue with us being out of the service area (i did not need a rep to tell me this fact). I was told by the rep to take the phone back to the store in where it was purchased and get a refund.
When this was attempted, the young girl behind the counter at the store laughed at my wife as she adivsed her that there was a 30 min max usage on the phone and after that, you could not return it.
Nowhere on the 3 pieces of paper did it state this fact. According to the Cricket rep, All About Wireless failed to give her the piece of paper stating this 30 minute clause.
The people in this store are giving out false information about the coverage area. They are also failing to provide pertinant information regarding refunds.
The only thing that my wife had to sign was a sheet of paper that looked like a flyer made by an eight yr old with rates for service.
This place of business is lacking the professionalism to be in business and they are going to be taken to court.
