Dangerous and unsafe

I purchased this water iron and that I am really disappointed with it. I simply named the organization plus they can't do something about this. They're accusing my ironing board. It's hazardous and harmful. When it's vertical, it quickly tips over and drops. I've had the metal for 10 weeks and that I am more upset since it dropped on the ground after I inadvertently struck my ironing board a week ago. This is actually the second-time it's dropped on the ground although it was hot. I can't go back to the store since I've had the metal too much time. I understand I ought to have delivered the metal right from the start, however it has become obvious that's hazardous.
