ATC Faulty Aviation GPS, Bad Updating, Works Sometimes, Not Reliable, tampa

I purchased a Anywhere Map aviation GPS from Control Vision in the past 2 months. This product has to be kept updated regulary. When 1st received this product it operated ok, then they got a different software company for their updates and the gps would fail to initialize. So when you were ready to fly, you had no navigation. Then next update and the software would not read or reconize the device. The unit is not reliable and if you are flying this is dangerous. I called the company today and automation gave me a support number, I called it and got number not in service. I called the sales number and got a person who tried to get rid of me by trying to give me the support number and telling me to call it. I explained it says number not in service. She said she would have someone call me back today. Its 6:34pm I just dont think that is going to happen. Also have not received my $100.00 rebate. Think twice people...
