Verizon Wireless... Sucks... I paid for the extended warranty and they are refusing to replace a damaged phone, they are liars and charge you but don't want to honor their commitments... It has been a week and I am still fighting to get a new phone, they aren't getting another penny from me till I get a new phone, they can shut the damn thing off!!!
