Sells defective equipment and will not refund purchase price and shipping when returning itens

The company sent me a defective phone in my original order. After sending it back at my expense, they sent another defective phone as a replacement. Then I returned that phone and asked for a refund instead of having them send another phone, they refunded me only two thirds of the original purchase price and only for the shipping of one of the two phones returned to them.

Each time I called their customer service line, I was given a different story and told that my credit card would be reimbursed. This went on for three months and still, I have not received a refund.
