Ripped me off with crappy chinese ink cartriges! Lousy customer service! Cheated me on refund!

After being solicited by email i purchased two ink cartriges from this firm. The price was low and the quality was ok. When the ink ran low i decided to again purchase from this company. This time two high yeild color cartriges and three high yeild black cartriges. Thats where the trouble began! Shortly after installing the cartriges, they seemed to run out of ink though they still felt full. I notified 101inks.com about the problem and they sent me a prepaid mailer to return the defective cartriges for exchange. I

Then installed two new cartriges from the original order which also proved defective. When 101inks.com sent the replacement cartriges they were from the exact same lot as the defective cartriges. I notified them that appanently all the cartriges were defective. They told me that i would have to return the rest of the defective cartriges at my on expense. I asked for a refund on my credit card for the full amount of purchase. I told them that i would dipute the charge but they said they had offered free replacement and if i filed a dispute i would get nothing. I returned all of the defective cartriges to 101inks.com at my own expense and waited for 3 more months after many more phone calls i finaly received a for a refund of $22 on the original charge of $50.98. The people in customer service at 101inks.com were extremly rude and uncaring! There product is knock off chinese junk! Don't be the next victim of these ripoff scammers!
