Defective equipment, multiple times, and won't accept exchanges for working equipment

I purchased equipment from this company and received defective, non-working equipment. I returned it and weeks later got a part back. It did not work within hours of receipt. Company will not let me exchange it now because the original box was destroyed after the first return. This company appears to purposely send out faulty material and then puts you on hold when you try to return it.
