This site has terrible customer support. I had been in a hurry to get an item from their store, chosen a quicker, more costly delivery strategy after which noticed nothing from them for all times. I eventually delivered the client support e-mails simply because they don't have any telephone number to contact (how handy) and obtained a contact back in regards to a time later stating that it ought to be "delivery today IDEALLY OR WITHIN THE NEXT FEW TIMES." I requested the exact same item off amazon.com three times later and obtained it two nights later for 67 dollars cheaper. I've yet to listen to again from electOtronics after many emails however my charge card continues to be billed currently.
