£160 GBP sent for camera, only a camera sent. Company will not refund despite sending photographic evidence of item and invoice sent

I delivered £160 (GBP) for this Organization that will be marketed utilizing the UK site above for an underwater camera about the 24th of July this season. I obtained a camera situation along with a week later a DHL traditions bill showing announced price as 37 bucks. After months of attempting to contact amount provided and making communications and obtaining no response, delivering numerous emails including (at their demand) final proof of both camera and bill, they've mentioned they didn't deliver just the camera situation and certainly will not return. I don't understand what to complete today. I've approached the Greater Business Institution plus they established having obtained my e-mail but have noticed nothing since.
