Returned item via tracking delivery, but company still not giving me credit when promised

I obtained ResV and determined I didn't enjoy it and desired my money-back (they've A30 day cash back guarantee). I shipped the merchandise back again to the necessary tackle having a following range and also the RMA number created on the exterior of the bundle (all needs for the reimbursement). I received verification that bundle was shipped on April 2nd and simply obtained a contact from Nutriblvd stating they'll matter a credit after they obtain my delivered item using the RMA number. I have tried calling the client support amount many times however they aren't useful and simply keep showing me that I must get a credit however they officially have 30 days to procedure, despite the fact that their site claims it'll be returned within 5-7 days. The corporation is terrible! I am imagine my next thing would be to challenge the cost through my charge card business.
