Hidden setup charges, allowed 3rd parties to bill phone

I signed up with Verizon Wireless, I thought I was getting a good deal. However, after signing up, I got two large bills that weren't mentioned when signing the agreement. Apparently they were for the phone, and additional setup charges.

Also, they allowed 3rd parties to bill my phone for premium texting services that I never signed up for.

Thank God the contract's up, will never do business with Verizon again. Please steer clear of these thieves!
