Short and sweet.
Basically, I would like to warn potential customers of this site that the so called "guarantee" that they mention against the brackets that they sell are worthless.
I ordered a TV bracket, that was "guaranteed" to fit the model of TV I have. The bracket did not fit the TV and as such I requested a replacement or refund.
The response that I received was that because I ordered the item more than 30 days before, they would not refund me. (This is despite my explaining that the item had been in the box for the 30 days, whilst I waited for the wall on which to be hang the TV was built!).
I would therefore like to warn users to avoid this vendor unless they are 100% sure that the bracket they are ordering does indeed fit the TV in question!
