About two years ago, I ordered a satellite receiver from a Sedona, Arizona company that is no longer in business. The installer left our home after several hours of work. The system would not work, it was a horrible experience. The following morning I phoned the company to terminate all dealings and remove all equipments from my home including the Direct TV dish on my roof. This was done by the booze breath Dutchman and ended all obligations I had with the company.
A few days ago I received an Invoice (dun) from a collection agency for: Creditor: DIRECTV
