DirecTV Installers Steal Tools - DirecTV office of President says "file a police report & ins claim"!

I have been trying to get DirecTV to take responsibility for the installer (their subcontractor wearing a DTV shirt) that installed at my home onn 3/5/08. He charged his cordless drill on my workbench next to mine, when he completed the job and left, i could no longer find my drill. I contacted DTV no less than 10 times, phone, email, etc. They said its my "local" problem, file a police report against the installer and file an insurance claim. I said it was their employee; they said not their problem. I will take them to small claims court if necessary.
