$2,000 Tractor Delivered Locked in 200 lb Metal Crate

I placed an order on August 20, 2008 through the Home Depot website for a tractor priced at $2,000.00, and paid $204.00 for shipping. Four days ago they brought it to my house locked inside a 200 lb metal cage-like crate. An average buyer cannot open it, as special tools are required to release the tractor.
Both Home Depot and the shipping company got my calls, and neither will send anyone to my residence to release the tractor. Their idea was that I go and purchase a wrench, a drill and a rubber mallet to do the job myself. Home Depot is the worst; for the rest of my life I will not buy a thing there, and I intend to share my story with as many people as possible.
