Cannot cancel a backorder order

I purchased cleaner bags on 9/18/09.By 9/25/09 the luggage are on backorder, have no idea once they will soon be in-stock or delivered AND THEY'LL NOT CANCEL MY ORDER ALTHOUGH THEY CAN'T FILL THE ORDER.

CAUTION - if you like issues, you've discovered them below. The organization CAn't be approached by telephone, simply mail. Customer support may be the WORSE THAT I've EVER SEEN. Why cannot you stop an order that's on backorder, hasn't been billed for your requirements plus they can't actually let you know once the purchase might be delivered. Make sure to study their About Us site. This location HURTS having a money "S".
