My first and final order from piperlime was a disappointment. I placed an order for the first time at piperlime and they charge my account twice for the same order. The manager explained it was because some of the items were on backorder and would not be shipped for the next 3 weeks, so they would have held my money until then. But I said you have already charged me for the items you sent out. He said that is how they do business, which is unethical, I told him.in order for them to release my money I had to cancel the items that were on backorder. How stupid of them, they lost a sale and a new customer.
