That's not exactly what the guarantee claims. I am sorry the previous owners of the home got scammed by purchasing this guarantee, since it is only a fraud. And we got scammed by spending $45 for this person in the future out and reveal it is possibly our problem the dishwasher burned up.

Also the dishwasher is just 4 yrs old and he explained it had been a 1999 design. Liar!
