Warranty replacement of engine

On 12/04/04 we bought a motor from Jasper Motor to get a Eagle Talon TSi. It included A - 36 month or 50,000 distance Components & Labor guarantee. Not a problem using the engine until 09/07/05 also it began to hit orange smoke and sputter. We got it back again to the storage, Everettis Car plus they explained the turbo was poor and required changed. That statement was $665 since Everettis stated it'd be ok for me personally to purchase a used turbo plus they might do the installation. On 5/18/06 the motor began to bump and smoking again. We got it back towards the storage plus they advised me the piston surfaces had scores and had a need to substitute the entire engine again. Jasper recognized that guarantee also it cost $76 bucks for plugs, cables etc. On 06/05/06 this 2nd new engine began to smoking, and use gas. Everett's explained the turbo which was mounted in 05 was poor and he could easily get a brand new rebuilt one and do the installation for $1400. This is my boyis vehicle and he went of city during this period therefore between 09/05 and 04/08 the vehicle had just 2000 miles onto it.in 04/08 the vehicle began to trickle gas in the top seal an it'd began to hit. Today they're showing me the Next engine is poor and also the turbo which was placed on 06/05/06 is what triggered it. They'd supplied a brand new engine but declined to pay for the storage for work and that I might also need to purchase a completely new turbo worth $800 before they'd approve it being mounted. Whilst this 2nd engine is under guarantee they WOn't back-up their item. All whole I've invested $9000 but still don't have any operating engine.
