Terrible... What it the customer service desk for. Do you have 6volt lantern batteries? (evoked look i cant describe) 6volt. Flashlight... Hand lantern. Lamp.

Answer: Batteries are by aisle three.

Guess why i am here. I was there at aisle three. There are no 6v lantern batteries there. Do you have 6 volt batteries in stock?

Answer: theyd be by aisle three.

There are none there. Can you call your other store, ill go over there and pick them up.

Answer: i cant call

Am i at customer service counter (the sign says service)

Answer: no, your at special order service.
