Pinnacle Security, ripped off 2 Fla seniors Gainesville, Florida

We signed up for a security system on Aug 5. Within 5 days we were called and told we were behind in our payments. I said no, I am waiting for you to sent me and itemized statement for what you say I owe.
Since then they have called several times saying the same thing with my same reply. Finally on the 18th I was told the statement had been mailed on the 14th. That was a falsehood.
Today, the 22, of August I received a PAST DUE notice saying my account was due September 13. Yes, Sept.
I have written them a letter with a copy to the STate of Fl Attorney General. I am enclosing the fee on my contract for montioring of the security system. They said I owed about 70 dollars more. All I asked for was an invoice showing what I owed. They have not done that.
I am so upset. My husband and I thought we were smarter than to be scammed but we have been.
After reading all the reports on the internet I can't understand why someone has not shut these crooks down.
Also, they have several phone numbers they use. And I noticed the past due notice was mailed from Alabama even though they are located in Orem, UT.
Please help us.
