Pinnacle Security
Since the ID thief has bad credit they want me to pay!

Last year I checked my credit report and noticed that Pinnacle Security and others were inquiring on my credit. I contacted these people and noticed that someone was trying to get credit under my name. For the most part everything was taken care of except Pinnacle Security. I called them and they said that I had an alarm account with them and the account was past due.

I was very upset I explained to them that I never authorized such transaction and that I already had alarm at my home with someone else. The location was not even close to my home. I did my own research and found out who the culprit was, she admitted to the crime and was willing to get this removed from my name and under her as long as I did not inform the authorities.

I provided Pinnacle Security with her information, they ran her credit and they said she did not qualify and therefore it will remain under my name!!! I filled police reports. BBB, and city attorneys are getting involved. They are treating me like the criminal, just because they want their money. I am not paying for something I never consented. They said I signed the agreement, well they cant come up with a copy. They never asked the ID thief for ID. As a security company you would think they would be more careful about protecting you in every way. Now they have send me to collections!
