I just found out today that my sister who has abused her credit is using our dead brother's phone.

I called boost mobile this morning and spoke with a representative who did disconnect the service.

Less than one hour later the service was restored for some strange reason.

I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor, who would only indentify him self as Joe ID number 30068474.

He informed me that he would be finding out who the representative was who disconnected the service so he could fire him.

Because my brother is deceased and there is no way possible I can obtain his 4 digit pin code.

I am so upset about this and pray to God that Joe is fired and they replace him with someone with moral, values and respect for others.

If there is anyone reading this report have any advise that will help me in resolving this please help me, this is not fair to my brother.
