I recently tried to place an order with this company, after i placed the order about 12 hours later i get a phone call stating that there website information was incorrect. They representative stated that the shipping and handling would cost to much if they shipped it in the original container the product came in. They requested to be able to sloppily just throw all of my sensitive parts into a bag and send them this way to save on the shipping so that i would not have to incur anymore fees.

I agreed to let them do this just seeing as i needed the parts fast due to an overwhelming boost of visitors to my website. After i agreed to this the sales rep then stated that i would still have to pay the extra $5 and something difference on the postage. At this point i was outraged.

After stating to the rep that the money was put onto a pre-paid credit card in the exact amount of what was needed for the order i reluctantly told them that there was no way i would incur any other fees. Seeing as how i could easily go to any of there competitor sites and get it for cheapoer by this time anyways why would i pay more at this point.

By standing up to them about this problem the lady said she was going to go ahead and cancel the order. I told her that if she did so i would give very negative reports on there business handling methods.

This is when it really spiraled down for this company in terms of customer service appraently because i said that the manager that the rep had spoke with instead of biting the bullet for a measly $5 they said they dont take threats and would cancel my order.

So now after checking my account i have not been issued a refund and the card company is stating that it will take 2 weeks to get the funds back to me. This company has caused a lot of my customers orders to be late now and tried to rip me off for additional money than what there website had stated the total price as.

Even after this they still have not fixed the price which just leads me to believe they were trying to squeeze a few extra bucks from me for there own gains and not to cover the shipping costs.

I will not be doing business with this company anytime again in the future they are terrible at customer support and do not work with there customers at all about any situations that arise.

Do not use electronics goldmine especially if you are in need of your components quickly. We will see if i get my money back and if i do how long it has to sit in someone elses pocket before i receive a refund.
