V. Smile Tv Learning System A Despicable Company With Defective Products, Utterly Rude And Atrocious Customer Service, That Totally Lacks Customer Loyalty

Electronics and household app.

I Purchased The V. Smile Tv Learning System And All The Learning Games For The System That I Found On The Market. Unfortunately, Even Though I Purchased The System And Games According To Their Age Recommendations, My Twins Were Developmentally Behind And Could Not Use The System And Games Right Away. Once They Were Able To Use The System And Games, They Used The System A Total Of Ten Times Before It Was Packed Up For Our Families Move.

When It Was Unpacked And Set Up For Them To Play It Would Not Work Properly. The System Turned On, The Start Up Picture Came On The Tv Screen, But Once You Inserted The Game Cartridge It Shut Down The System. Since I Knew It Was Not Damaged During The Move, For It Was Bubble Wrapped, Placed In A Box, And Transported Inside My Vehicle With My Other Expensive Electronics, I Turned To The Owners Manual.

I Followed The Trouble Shooting Instructions In The Manual To Reset The System. However, The System Would Not Reset. I Then Called The Company For Thier Help. The Tech Talked Me Through The Process Of Resetting The System Several Times, Just As I Had Already Done Before Contacting Them. All The While She Was Talking Down To Me As If I Were Stupid And Sighing. Finally, The Tech Said That My System Was Defective And That She Could Not Do Anything Else To Help Me.

So I Asked Her, "What Do I Need To Do To Get A Replacement Since It's Defective?" She Told Me They Would Not Be Replacing The System, That My Warrantee Was Expired. I Told Her That She Said The Product Was Defective, And That Since It Was Defective, That I Feel That The Company Should Stand Behind It's Products And Replace The Defective Product. I Even Told Her I Did Not Mind Paying For The Shipping Charges. She Said I'm Sorry There's nothing I Can Do.

After Asking To Speak To A Supervisor, She Said There Was No One Else There For Me To Talk To, But She Could Offer Me A Discount On Purchasing Another V. Smile. This Was A Real Insult To My Intelligence And Made Me Angry. I Asked Her, "What Makes You Think That After All The Money I Spent On Your Defective System And All Those Games That My Children Only Used A Total Of Ten Times, I Would Want To Purchase The Same Product That Quite Possibly Could Also Be Defective, Even At A Discount?" I Told Her I Would Have To Be Out Of My Mind To Do That. That In Fact, I Would Not Buy Anymore Products From A Company That Will Not Stand Behind Thier Products. And, That I Fully Intend On Telling Everyone I Know About My Experience With Your Company And It's Products.

I Asked For The Contact Information For Thier Corporate Office So I Could Make A Complaint. She Told Me To Get It Off Of Thier Website And Have A Nice Day. I Emailed Two Complaints, The First One They Replied Back Saying It would Be Forwarded, But Then No Response Came. So I Sent The Second Email, and Told Them I Would Wait To See If They Cared Enough To Make Me A Satisfied Customer. If Not, Since I Have No Legal Recourse, Then I Would Spead The Word To Warn As Many People As I Can. I Even Told Them That Maybe I Should Do My Own Press Release On Thier Company. I Told Them I Would Do All That I Could So That Other Consumers Would Not Be Ripped Off And Treated As Badly As I Have Been.
