Me and my spouse hired a television from aarons on florida ave.in baton rouge, we called to report it they didn't react till we called again fourteen days after we first documented it, and next we were scolded with a supervisor in instruction, we documented it for the regional director, and he again lied to us and said he'd have their store manager call us and it was another 48hrs, and he said he'd find us a loaner television, they found select the television up and said they'd bring another one in a time, and we called back two hours later, and also the same supervisor in instruction, stated that he was buying television, today bear in mind the store manager said he'd one for all of us, after i told him he turned unprofessinal agiain stating he wouuld have it to us when he got prepared, i dont know who runs the corporation but, i believe he must reconsider who they employ, and also to make issues toughest he told us to report him, and he's a supervisor in instruction, therefore if he does that now imagine when he gets their own shop, and also the regional manager doesn't follow on anything because he said he thouhgt it had been looked after, envision you've paid your bill for damaged products and there's nothing you can certainly do everyone moves the blame and you got a unprofessinal individual operating among your shops, i really hope people read this because they take there great customers without any consideration, completely around the regional office.
