Rented to own a television and it doesnt work ripoff

I went to them for a television, I am on disablility and can not afford to buy one out right and I am homebound so I really needed this tv. For my main source of enjoyment. Well after I buy this tv the color stops working, and after speaking to the manager of the store they said it was my satellite company, well I switched companys a few weeks ago and the problem still has not gotten any better. Well I spoke with the manager of the store who offered to hook me up. OK sounds good right, til he tried to sell me another television or a 400 dollar warranty for the top of line television that I bought the first time. These people are only after one thing are money and they got mine and took advantage of me.
