They'll not recognize the 10-year guarantee about the Burners.

They did 2 yrs before today they state that that's regular deterioration writers won't last forever. I anticipated them to last ten years not 3 after which 2...

I also had an extremely difficult time every time to obtain them to hornor the warranty.
