Do not honor warranty

On January 25 I bought a WEN Energy turbine from PEP Kids Car at 601 Sunrise Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. On July 28 I observed a little gas flow within the motor housing, on the turbine that has never been utilized aside from regular start up. The Dog Owner's Manual claims the system includes a two (2) year guarantee. Subsequent directions within the guide, I approached WEN Energy. They mentioned the turbine was fake, the guide a forgery and wouldn't recognize the guarantee. I visited the PEP Kids shop and reported. They stated there is nothing they might do and recommended I contact PEP Children corporate headquarters. I delivered them a notice fourteen days before and also have not mind back. I also delivered WEN Energy a notice plus they sent an answer questioning the warranty state. I'd like my turbine fixed or my money returned.
