Have not been able to get refund, even after being promised by several CSReps!

Basically... I taken care of product that I never obtained so when requesting a reimbursement, sure they guaranteed it, but no-follow through! I've been contacting BLUEHippo, LLC. For 5 ths once they assured my reimbursement. They'll not allow you to keep in touch with a boss or supervisor, when questioned why, they stated, "they do not obtain telephone calls, they wont consider them, they're still reviewin your situation and they'll send your reimbursement the moment possible." Yes, properly it has been 5 mths and administration continues to be researching! I'll not quit only at that I'm processing a conventional protest and calling my lawyer!
