Failed to send a part on time and now is failing to issue a refund

Electronics and household app.

I purchased an electronics board for my Sony television from Nexttronics back in February. Their website gave a shipping time of 3-5 days, and when I finally got in touch with them after waiting 8 business days, the part hadn't even been shipped yet. They then sent the part, but I discovered it wasn't the one I needed. So I requested an RMA number and sent the package back with delivery confirmation and it was delivered on 3/2/09.

I then waited 4 weeks to contact them to get status of my refund, and Chris told me it should have been processed already and that he/she would look into it. I have e-mailed and called them 4 times since then, and I still have had no response and no refund check. If I had known this would happen, I just would have kept the board. I will never order from this company again. Terrible customer service!
