I Did Not Get My Parts Or i Did Not Get A Refund

I have ben haveing alot of proplems with nexttronics.com i contacted chris schieffer the owner of the company and all i get is run arounds like your order has ben shipped i contacted u left voice mails ill give u a refund stuff like that i told chris i would like my money back and never got a reply back and he sent me a tracking number but no use i contacted the post office where i live and they said that he only printed out a lable never sent the parts out i ordered a side panle and i front bezel for my sony vgc-rb44g desktop computer my order number is 757 i think he needs to be shut down i google searched about hes site and alot of other people that are have alot of trouble with this guy chris schieffer its not right that people like me that get screwd out of there money and dont get what they orderd and i have left 6 or 7 phone messages and he never called me back please get back to me this guy needs to be stopped and shut down please help me get my money back
