This is infuriating, someone once again called me from XBOX to "confirm my address and email", it is almost a month that I initiated a repair order which has now turned into 7 different "repair orders" because every time I call a new person answers the phone and tells me the same thing "can I call you by your first name?" and gives me the same directions on what to do which I've heard seven times before. I realize now that XBOX is not willing to honor the warranty on my console and is just delaying the process so that my warranty expires or I give up, well I won't. I have documented and recorded every conversation with "Mike, Angelo..." and everyone else and I will initiate a formal complaint with the BBB. I spent a lot of money on this console and I have read online that this situation has happened to many others, Enough is enough!
