Selling refurbished LCD - Plasma TVs as new with manufacturers warranty

I purchased a 52" LCD TV from this company and the owner told me the TV was brand new and had warranty from the manufacturer on it.

I had an issue and went to the manufacturer and found out the TV was grey market salvage and there was no warranty.

When I went to the owner and confronted him about it he said the warranty was through his company and they would fix it there with there staff. Also said only 30 days warranty not the year warranty he told me.

The whole thing was shady so I checked and found out the owner just got out of prison for dealing drugs. I am concerned as this is the guy who installed my TV and knows where I live.

Overall stay away from this place or risk being ripped off.
