Ripoff scamming con artists

Electronics and household app.

My company purchased high end Panasonic video equipment and had to return it because there was no manufacturer warranty. The boxes had been opened and the warranty registration cards were removed. We called Panasonic and they told us it was a scam so we made arrangements to return the cameras.

We thought we had purchased an extended warranty for the cameras but we learned that none of our repair shops would honor the warranty since there was no manufacturer warranty - this is the scam panasonic warned us about.

The sales staff that we dealt with lied about everything from misrepresenting the equipment to the accessories that come standard from the manufacturer.

When we arranged for the return we were told that we would get a full refund. They lied about that too and inposed a 15% restocking fee.

We were ripped off big time by this dishonest company
