Protection plan requires me spending more money to get Similar compute

Electronics and household app.

I had purchased a Refurbished Dell Computer with a 1 year warranty plan. At the time of purchase I was told the warranty would be a hassle free same day even exchange. The day came when i actually needed to use the protection plan not even 5 months later.

I then called the morning the computer malfunctioned and asked a rep how the warranty would work, he assured me it was a walk-in-exchange. I went there later that night and the rep in exchanges told me that I would have to wait a few days to get my computer back. I then got a call the next day telling me I should have just gotten a new computer the night before and didnt have to wait.

I went in a day later to finally pick up my machine. I waited on line for 20 mins and finally called a manager. She called some young kid over to show me other options. He made it clear by announcing to his co-workers infront of me that he was going on lunch in just 1 sec... This is as soon as he started to help me. I was then given the option of either takeing a lower end DELL model or having to pay $30 more to recieve another DELL b/c mine was not in stock.

When I finally got the store manager GINO LAVINO to come help, he only offered me store credit. Why would i need store credit at a place i never plan on shopping again if they cant even stick by their warrenty? When I told him it wasnt my fault that they didnt have my comp in stock to replace it, he rebuttled "how long do you think i keep these things in stock for?"

This place hires minimum wage unprofessional employees with absolutely no product knowledge. I would never shop there, nor recommend this store to even my worst enemy. Once they've sold you something, they dont even want to know afterward. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, probably the lowest.
