My story is pretty muchly like Kids4grandma6.
I ordered a piece of medical equipment for me to use while traveling for work, and they sent me faulty stuff. I called, and they promised a call tag for the defective unit and to drop ship a working unit to my destination.
The unit never appeared, the dead unit is on the porch, and they never return any of the 8 phone calls I made to them.
My credit card company has refunded the money, but these guys still keep hounding me, reporting me to a collections agency, and now reporting my work place on this site.
If they want the defective unit back, it is still sitting on the front porch. UPS comes several times a week.
