Completly ignored for 4 months and still have not received a refund after sending back faulty headsets Tuen Mung tuen mung Hong kong

I purchased two headsets for my nokia N96 from order-bulk.com. When i received them they did not fit into my nokia N96 handset as stated on the internet site. After contacting them a number of times they told me to send them back for a refund. I did this and Royal mail confirmed that they had delivered it one week on by international mail.
Three weeks went by and i still was not refunded so i contacted the order-bulk team yet again. They apologised to me and told me that they would look into it. This was 3months ago now and i have been emailing them every few days since and have been completly ignored. I have received no reply and more importantly no refund (my emails were delivered and did not fail)!
I am so frustrated by this and as they were purchased via the internet i just do not know where to take this matter further but i will not give up until it is resolved! Even though i did not pay a great deal of money for my order i still have the right to my refund and to be treated with the same respect that i treat others.
