Buld Quest
Bulk E-Mail Intenet Co. Rip Off

Internet & Web

I received an ad in my e-mail about bulk e-mail service the name of the company is Bulk Quest. I called the number they had list and within a couple of minutes I got a call back. I told the persone "William" that I wanted to do a bulk e-mailing to trying and get my new internet business off the ground. I told him that I had called another company whose advertisement I had received and tried to submit my credit card information via the net but the particular program would not let me. He assured me that that was the wrong thing to do, never give out your credit card number he insisted. He said they would accept a faxed check I told him I had never heard of a fax check but he again assured me that that was the best way to buy via internet. He told me to just fill out a check and then fax it to them. I faxed him a check for $125 for 100,000 e-mails addresses and the mailing of them. He said that the mailing would go out over the week end. I have written him 3 e-maisl requesting the status of my order as well as leaving 2 messages via the phone. I have not receive any reply. My bank can not stop payment on the check because it has already cleared. It appears that he kept in me updated until the check clearned, now nothing.
