Terrible company

Television broke within warranty period. Contact via telephone (voice-mail only accessible) and mail defeated. I've never seen from anybody because 3/1 the day I've deliver a fix through the client support site http://www.akaiusa.com/. I've obtained a concerning the bill of my initial request. I've deliver two e-mail (3-1 2009 and 3-19 providing sufficient time for reaction. I've left voice-mail in the same times, and certainly will do exactly the same today 4-14 2009. It would appear that the corporation isn't prepared to respect guarantees provided on the items and so isn't prepared to be designed for customer service. Television set I've bought was $ 700.00 and while there is no show without fix the one thing I really could do would be to toss it away. AKAI customer support contain a email request and voice-mail. There's no existence individual customer support offered at any moment, it is therefore super easy for AKAI to "conceal" and not match the guarantee or other questions.
