Terrible Customer Service

I invested 200 bucks on Ebay to get a telephone out of this organization fourteen days before. I've yet to receive this product. For that previous 9 times, I've attempted many times each day calling them (difficult to achieve by telephone), making messages (never delivered), contacting (no reaction), and speaking on the "live-chat server"- (NOTHING!)...

I'm totally frustrated!
