I bought an unlocked TMobile Splash mobile phone for my child. I invested $250.00 and within two times useful the mobile phone quit functioning. After repeated calls, I eventually got an automatic RMA (return merchandise authorization) and delivered the merchandise at my cost. After fourteen days with no reaction in the organization and guarantees to make contact with me, I get a phone from the consultant of the organization that accused me of delivering them a phony telephone back. I had been informed that I delivered them exactly the same design and create phone however the EMI quantity was phony and was pasted from another telephone. I surprised into silence, I really couldnot think what I had been reading and what I had been being accused of. The underside line, Instant Universe wouldn't guarantee the telephone and that I was from the $250.00!!

Our recommendation to any possible target-try to escape out of this organization as quickly while you could. Do not conduct business together. Take a look at their poor score using the BBB. I'm also processing a using the Texas Attorney General. I really hope this saves somebody from suffering.
