After getting the things (3 individual purchases) just one of the orders worked correctly. I attempted for times to get hold of the organization via mail and telephone before I eventually got to an individual. I had been given two RMA (return figures) following a difficult discussion the items didn't function correctly. Subsequently proceeded to pack the orders for reunite myself (ALL elements on both purchases). Fourteen days after delivery confirmation claims it had been obtained but still no refund provided. I sent many times before obtaining a reaction:

The rude customer repetition Lecrecia B., stated that a distant and little recipient was lacking within the return container and that I realize that it had been loaded and delivered back along side all paper-work along with a report on all of the products. I understand let me make it clear that the things were delivered, the things weren't absent when it had been delivered back. They've been thus irritating to cope with and today they're taking my cash too

They ought to have returned 98.00 for that purchase but $0 reimbursement despite returning anything?

That Is terrible company methods... No integrity whatsoever! They're thieves!
