Peopledata ripoff outdated info and money scam! Internet

I ordered a report to show phone number and address information on my brother whom I have not seen in years. The information that I paid for showed a town name and P.O. Box for an address. When I contacted the person at the phone number, they had had the listing for seven years! My daughter ordered one on herself and found information that was five years old!

Watch out! When I clicked on the bar that says to pay $1 for additional searches/$50 for one year - my account was immediately charged the full $50!! The only way to reach this outfit it through e-mail. I sent 3 to them complaining about this, on the third one I received a reply from customer service asking "how may we help you? This was attached as a reply to my previous e-mails giving my account number and complaint.

I specifically asked in my third request if they had heard of the "Usa Consumer Complaints.com" and then I got the "how can we help you" response. I then send my original info back asking for a refund. I have not heard a thing.!! *watch out*
