No camera no refund

At the national educational conference ASCD I ordered a camera. When I did not receive the camera after two and a half weeks, I called to cancel the order and get a refund. I was promised a refund by week's end (first week of April).

Now after addtional phone calls and emails, the company phone number is disconnected. I think I have been burned in the worst way. I am contacting the California Better Business Bureau.
