I bought a three year service contract with this company. The agreement was up this August. I'm thinking of dumping this service in August and going to a totally cellular monitored system and getting rid of Qwest. I called customer service to find out if they wanted their equipment back and was told the account was turned over to collections? This account was on auto pay and the credit card expired. According to customer support they sent one letter about the account being in arrears, but on questioning them I found out they sent the letter to a wrong address. They have three other ways of contacting me; two cell phone numbers and the home phone. You would think in the present economic climate the company would try to retain every customer they could.
Waiting for a call from the collection agency, never been late on a bill in my life.
