Erroneous Charges / Rollover Minutes Usa

Why is it that if I want to downsize my plan because I am not using all the minutes on my family plan they will take away all of the rollover minutes that I have accumulated??? I feel that I have paid in excess for all the minutes that are accumulated and should be able to use them. I have almost 20,000 roll-over minutes that I have paid for and they want to take them away if I want to downsize my minutes?! What a scam that is!!! Not to mention... Check your bills carefully... I have noticed that sometimes mobile to mobile calls within the ATT Wireless network are not labeled half the time taking away from the minutes, even though M2M should be free when they are within the network. The whole company is a scam.
