Bad customer support if that's what you would like to call it. I settled nearly $400 for perhaps 24 uses. I named the organization plus they stated I'd to purchase a brand new one, quarry couldn't be fixed. Customers should you are difficult for the cash when I do don't spend it on the Roomba. There are several excellent businesses that stay behind their prodcuts and that I -Software isn't one of these. They do not worry about the folks which are producing them wealthy so all of US must quit purchasing Roombais. How will you mean Roomba? Aig?
