V2Premier Rip - offs, Shame on Shop NBC, Shame on Benchmark Technologies (their hardware support team) for doing business with such a trashed up, junk making company. Chaska

My husband & I bought our computer set-up thru ShopNBC in Nov. 2002. January 29 it started. The thing started throwing bad clusters. Since then numerous calls have been made to Benchmark for Hardware support as to where are my parts. Get hung up on, transfered back and forth.

Parts come, Tech comes, parts don't work. Send them back they pay the postage, but it's my time, car, gas and mileage. Second time - Parts come, Tech comes, parts don't work. Tech finds more things wrong. Now I have to send these parts back, their postage, but once again, my time, car, gas and mileage.

Now they are going to send me a shippping label to send the complete tower back. I have to provide the box, my time, my car, my gas and my mileage and soon to be... My sanity.By they way, they insist on you giving them a credit card # to insure that they are going to get their defective parts back with in 14 days. I was foolish enough to do it. Not any more!!! It's now April 8th.

So much for running my home-based internet busines!!!
Where is the justice? I am in the process of taking other actions. Figured this wouldn't hurt matters.By the way, ShopNBC can't help, they say they are just the middle man doing the selling. Shame on Shop NBC, Shame on Benchmark Technologies (their hardware support team) for doing business with such a trashed up, junk making company.By the way the tower is a V2Premie
