Rude representative yelled at customer and no supervisor was available

Cingular has got to be the worst company for cell service. They lie about their rate plans and their customer service is horrible.

I just called the Fayetteville customer service center to report a problem and the stupid CSR (who probably didn't even graduate high school) started yelling at me.

I demanded to talk to her supervisor and of course Kim said there was no one available. Unfortunately for her I have a VP of customer services phone number and I just put a call into him. These companies think that they can do whatever they want and treat customers like dirt. We should start a petition and send it to Cingular.
