Cingular has got to be the worst company for cell service. They lie about their rate plans and their customer service is horrible.

I just called the fayetteville customer service center to report a problem and the stupid csr (who probably didn't even graduate high school) started yelling at me.

I demanded to talk to her supervisor and of course Kim said there was no one available. Unfortunatley for her I have a VP of customer services phone number and I just put a call into him. These companies think that they can do whatever they want and treat customers like dirt. We should start a petition and send it to cingular.
